Recent INS policy changes have severely impacted Muslim immigrant communities. This program is an effort to help educate all eligible members of the American Muslim community of the new immigration laws and how they impact their future.

DIRECTIONS

Program Objectives:

1) Provide information about the law to the people who are directly affected by the INS registration program.

2) Develop mechanisms to ensure safety and justice to the individuals and families who are affected by the INS registration laws.

3) Develop strategies to inform civil rights leaders, NGOs, local legislators and the American public about the consequences and the affects of these laws on the lives of the registrants.
