Ambassador Ashraf Jehangir Qazi is visiting Houston, Dallas, and Chicago to
meet with the Pakistani community to discuss the situation arising from the
US decision to include Pakistan in the National Security Exit and Entry
Registration System (NSEERS) list.

The Ambassador will be discussing with the community members the latest
developments on inclusion of Pakistan in the INS registration roster and
steps being taken by the Embassy to address their concerns with the US
government. Ambassador Qazi has made it clear to the US Administration that
Pakistan did not belong to this list and he is seeking relief from the US
government for the Pakistani nationals.

Ambassador Qazi’s Community Meetings are as follows:

Houston: 3:00 pm-5:00, Royal Palace Hall, 9644 South Kirkwood (Corner of
Kirkwood & Bissionat)

Dallas: 10:00a.m.- 11:30am, FunAs a Banquet Hall, 1210 E. Beltline Road,
Richardson, TX, 75081)

Chicago: 6:00- 10:00 pm, at Ramada Hotel Plaza, 6600 North Mannheim Road,
Rosemont, IL.

The Embassy encourages the community to participate in these meetings and
exchange views to increase mutual awareness and understanding of this issue
of great concern.
