Asif, we can get winterized tents from my Chinese supplier (picture
attached) for approx. $160/unit if picked up in Shanghai by PIA.
These tents were supplied for other disasters and apparently went for
the tsunami victims as well. They are better than the Chinese Army
tents that you had mentioned since those are for camping and these
are for the homeless and are built to be used as homes rather than
temporary housing (e.g. for the army)
